Zoey Kathleen Rojek

Squeezing two weeks into one again! I can't seem to catch up with everything lately. Here's a couple updates with pictures.  Baby Zoey - She is sitting low on me, has her head down and during the new ultrasound you can see that she has her leg all the way up above her head (her knee and nose are touching)... flexible little one! Because of her position, she has powerful (head butts?) to my bladder that give me some fun little accidents! That might be the worst part of the pregnancy so far but honestly, I'll take it. I've seen her squirm inside a few times but every time I try and take a video of the movement, she stops. It reminds me of trying to take a picture of Linus, he always knows what I am trying to do and moves away or gives me a bad face.  Class - We went to the first of the "Birth Prep" classes. This one went into pre-pregnancy symptoms, braxton hicks, when to go to the hospital, what to expect if you have a natural childbirth (...

I wanted to make this post it's own thing, mainly for my own reference and to look back on all the things we learned during this class. I have to mention the little "incident" that happened on the way to the class though.... Chris and I arrived early and had the instructions to park in lot C or B (something like that anyways) and then we entered through the first entrance we saw connected to the parking lot. We asked the information desk where the class would be held and he navigated us to the "maternity ward". Without thinking twice, we went down the hall and buzzed to be let in. Obviously, if we had thought about it... they probably wouldn't be holding classes in the area of the hospital people were having babies and recovering in. The nurses at the desk told us we'd have to go across the parking lot to the other building (i guess next to the parking lot we were in).
